Hands down the best realty company that I have worked with Emily Dunn and Benito Santiago have been such a please to work with and I’m truly grateful to have found such great people to work with. Definitely recommend and very military friendly/family oriented! Selling my house has been such a breeze with them I could not be more grateful and we even closed before my deployment ! AJ and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I were overseas at the time of us needing to find a home and nervous about purchasing without physically seeing the home, but AJ took the time to video the drive to the home and the home itself pointing out all the details she knew we were focused on the most. We were told by multiple realtors that closing our condo would take at least 90 days. AJ smiled, rolled up her sleeves, and got it done in 30. That’s not a typo. Thirty. Days. Flat. We jumped through more hoops than a circus act and dealt with demands that were borderline ridiculous — like, “Are we really doing this right now?” levels of ridiculous. But AJ never flinched. Emily and Gus were fantastic to work with. Reached out to follow up on an application without hearing back at all. I then called weeks later to find out we were denied. We were denied because of having two big dogs when it was big dog pet friendly and they weren't under the restricted breeds. I understand why we were denied and I'm fine with that but not following up or saying we were denied is very un professional. My family and I are trying to find a home and this has just wasted our time .

I actually started watching the Emerald Group's YouTube channel a couple years ago and that is how I came across them. I love AJ and Mongo's videos! They are informative and just fun to watch! :) I have been vacationing in the Destin Fort Walton Beach area my entire life. And, I have always wanted to purchase a home there. So, I met up with AJ last year in October while I was visiting. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, and so helpful! She set me up on a search and sent me emails weekly of options that met my search criteria.
